At Ogura Manufacturing Co., Ltd., we handle "flat pin gate bushes" made of nickel alloy, which have an inner surface hardness of HRC 55-60, making them hard and durable (resistant to wear). They have good gate cutting properties without reducing the gate area, so the fluidity (moldability) remains almost unchanged, and there are minimal changes in appearance (such as in texture).
